Derwent Facilities Management Limited (Derwent fm) is a subsidiary of Derwent Living. The company was formed by Derwent Living joining forces with Martin Corbett who has over two decades of experience in facilities management.

Established in 1964, Derwent Living is a not for profit organisation that offers the full range of property management services across residential and student sectors. The Derwent Living Group manage over 14,000 properties and the group has a financially strong asset base. Derwent fm provides the full spectrum of support services to student, commercial and public sector property.
